Vendor agrees to forever indemnify, save and hold Art Star LLC, Megan Brewster, and Erin Waxman and all affiliated agents and officials, representatives, beneficiaries, employees and volunteers harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, injuries, liabilities, losses, suits, costs, expenses (including attorney’s fees) for anything and everything whatsoever arising from or out of Vendor’s participation at the 2025 Spring Art Star Craft Bazaar at Cherry Street Pier on May 10th & 11th, 2025.
Vendors are solely responsible for protecting all goods, possessions and display fixtures at all times. Cherry Street Pier will provide a waiver for all vendors to sign in order to set up at this venue. Vendor must provide Art Star with a COI for this event. If vendor does not have insurance, you must sign our insurance waiver. Insurance Waivers will be sent to vendors at a later date.
The show will not be canceled due to bad weather. However, Art Star reserves the right to cancel the show in the event of extreme/dangerous weather or any new COVID restrictions that would necessitate a mandatory cancellation. In the rare event of cancellation, vendor will receive a 50% refund of their booth fee and Art Star will promote vendor websites via social media posts and a dedicated email newsletter.
Please be absolutely sure you can participate before submitting your booth fee. No refunds will be given unless due to circumstances listed above.
Vendors are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses and permits to do business in Philadelphia, PA. Please note Art Star does not assume responsibility for collecting any of these.
