2019 Cherry Street Pier Hold Harmless
All vendors must agree to these terms before participating.
Each participant will receive a 10′ x 10′ space. Vendors must provide everything needed for set-up, display & sales. The Art Star Pop Up Market is a RETAIL show, not a wholesale show.
The Art Star Pop Up Market is a Rain or Shine event. Vendors must come prepared for all weather. The show will not be cancelled due to bad weather. In the EXTREMELY RARE case of cancellation due to dangerous weather (in Art Star’s sole judgment) or acts of a 3rd party outside of Art Star’s control, the event will not be rescheduled and there will be no refunds to vendors.
Art Star will not be responsible for any loss or damage to Vendor’s property, injury to, or death of vendor (or its agents, employees, and or personnel) or Vendor sales. Art Star recommends that all vendors obtain insurance in case of loss or damage.
Vendor agrees to forever indemnify, save and hold Art Star LLC, Megan Brewster, and Erin Waxman and all affiliated agents and officials, representatives, beneficiaries, employees and volunteers harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, injuries, liabilities, losses, suits, costs, expenses (including attorney’s fees) for anything and everything whatsoever arising from or out of Vendor’s participation at the Art Star Craft Bazaar.
Vendors are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses and permits to do business in Philadelphia. Please note Art Star does not assume responsibility for collecting any of these.

Once you agree to the terms, you will be prompted to pay. Please be absolutely sure you can participate before submitting your fee. No refunds will be given.
